IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE.
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual navigator/seafarer or a single legal entity/shipping company, hereinafter "Licensee" or "User") and the developer Yury Komar ("Licensor" or "Author") for the software product ECDIS Route Manager PRO ("Software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.
The Software is licensed, not sold. Subject to your payment of the applicable license fees, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Software under one of the following terms:

The Software is provided on a one-time payment basis for the specific purchased version. No annual or monthly subscription is expected. To protect the intellectual property rights of the Author and ensure compliance with the license terms, the Software implements strict hardware-binding verification controls. Unactivated copies will strictly operate in UNREGISTERED mode with limited functionality.
NOT AN OFFICIAL NAVIGATION TOOL: The Software is designed solely as an auxiliary software tool to assist deck officers and navigators in route management and data formatting. It DOES NOT replace official Electronic Navigational Charts (ENC), paper charts, official onboard ECDIS systems, or standard passage planning procedures required by IMO, SOLAS, Flag States, or Port State Control (PSC).
USER RESPONSIBILITY: The final responsibility for passage planning, cross-track distance checking, safe navigation, and monitoring of the vessel remains entirely and exclusively with the Master of the vessel and the Officer of the Watch (OOW). The User must cross-check all data generated by the Software with official onboard navigation systems.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: The Software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Author does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that its operation will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event shall the Author (Yury Komar) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, maritime accidents, vessel groundings, collisions, cargo damage, delays, fines by port authorities, loss of profits, or data corruption) arising in any way out of the use of or inability to use this Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
For multi-user Online Master-Key packages (from 2 PC and more), in the specific event of an onboard satellite internet connection blackout or technical failure preventing online activation at sea, the Licensor may provide a manual offline activation key via the Licensor's official support channels. This is an exceptional technical backup procedure and requires the User to provide a valid MachineID. Licensor will deduct one (1) activation from the purchased package for each manual offline key provided. This technical contingency backup is strictly unavailable for users who purchased a single PC Offline PRO license or a single PC Online activation.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Licensor's country of residence, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
